Reducing enclosure costs – Explosion-safe boxes

Russian gas company approached us with a request of selecting a second source vendor for explosion safe boxes.

 Using our channels we selected several vendors to address this request.

Based on the our experience and long term relations with selected vendors and audit conducted at manufacturer site, commited quality level and a cost level which met our customer expectation we've selected a vendor to handle further production of that product.

 

 

 


Reducing the Cost of PCBs

The PCB is one of the most expensive components in PCB based products. The finished product price is usually very high due to the high production costs. Over the past years we succeeded in reducing the costs of PCBs for many large companies by transferring them to Asian manufacturers.

  • Two  manufacturers build samples  of the most complex PCB of the series, following which they were sent to the customer for stringent quality tests

  • Only after we received the customer's approval, we continued production with the manufacturer of his choice.

Not every manufacturer is capable of producing complex PCBs (more than 6 layers, different materials and various thicknesses, etc.)
A quality manufacturer can be chosen only according to specific and precise customer specifications

Results:

  • We significantly reduced the PCBs production costs

  • Today, the PCBs are produced regularly by the same manufacturer who is familiar with the specifications and requirements .
